This policy explains what personal data GPSRHub collects when you use www.gpsrhub.com, why we collect it, and your rights. We keep it in plain English.
The data controller is GEEL VENTURES LTD (trading as GPSRHub), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17186037), registered office 21 Wellington Row, Whitehaven, CA28 7HE, United Kingdom.
Compliance checker. If you complete the free GPSR compliance checker and request your gap report, we store your email address, your answers, and your score so we can send the report and relevant follow-up emails about GPSR compliance. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Founding member reservations. When you reserve a spot, we store your email address and your payment status. Payment itself is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Accounts. If you create an account, we store your email address and a hashed version of your password (we cannot read the password itself), plus the compliance documents generated for you.
Emails you send us. If you email support@ or hello@, we keep the correspondence so we can help you.
Analytics. We use PostHog (hosted in the EU) to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, checker questions answered, buttons clicked. We use this to improve the product, not to build advertising profiles, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: contract (providing the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (improving the site, following up on a gap report you requested), and consent where required. You can withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.
We use a small number of service providers to run GPSRHub:
Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.
We use browser local storage to keep you logged in and to power analytics. We do not run third-party advertising cookies.
Checker leads that never become customers are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Account and compliance document data is kept while your account is active; compliance documents are retained for the 10-year period GPSR requires. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails immediately.
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop processing it. Email support@gpsrhub.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and notify active subscribers by email.
