This policy explains what personal data GPSRHub collects when you use www.gpsrhub.com, why we collect it, and your rights. We keep it in plain English.
The data controller is GEEL VENTURES LTD (trading as GPSRHub), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17186037), registered office 21 Wellington Row, Whitehaven, CA28 7HE, United Kingdom.
Compliance checker. If you complete the free GPSR compliance checker and request your gap report, we store your email address, your answers, and your score so we can send the report and relevant follow-up emails about GPSR compliance. Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
Founding member reservations. When you reserve a spot, we store your email address and your payment status. Payment itself is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Accounts. If you create an account, we store your email address and a hashed version of your password (we cannot read the password itself), plus the compliance documents generated for you.
Emails you send us. If you email support@ or hello@, we keep the correspondence so we can help you.
Analytics. We use PostHog (hosted in the EU) and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, checker questions answered, buttons clicked. We use this to improve the product.
Advertising measurement. We advertise GPSRHub on Google Search. When you arrive from one of our ads and later do something meaningful, such as requesting a gap report, Google Ads records that a conversion happened so we can tell which ads are worth paying for. We never sell your personal information for money. Both analytics and advertising are optional: see Cookies and tracking below, and our Cookie Policy.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: contract (providing the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (improving the site, following up on a gap report you requested), and consent where required. Analytics and advertising cookies always run on consent, never on legitimate interests. You can withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link, and to cookies at any time from the footer link.

We use a small number of strictly necessary items to keep you logged in and to remember your cookie choices, plus optional analytics and advertising cookies.
In the UK and EU, nothing optional is set until you agree to it. On your first visit you get a banner where accepting and rejecting are equally easy, and if you decline, no request is made to Google at all. In the United States, analytics and advertising are on by default and you can turn them off at any time using the Your privacy choices link in the footer of every page. We honour the Global Privacy Control browser signal.
Every individual cookie, what it does, and how long it lasts is listed in our Cookie Policy.
Checker leads that never become customers are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Account and compliance document data is kept while your account is active; compliance documents are retained for the 10-year period GPSR requires. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails immediately.
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, export, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop processing it. Email support@gpsrhub.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
If you live in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or another US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you have the right to know what personal information we collect about you, to get a copy of it, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of it being sold or shared for cross-context behavioural advertising. You also have the right not to be treated differently for exercising any of these rights, and we do not.
We have never sold personal information for money, and we do not use it for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. The advertising measurement described above may count as "sharing" under some of these laws. To opt out, use the Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link in the footer of every page, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser and we will honour it automatically.
To exercise any other right, email support@gpsrhub.com. We will verify your request by replying to the email address we hold for you, and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorised agent, in which case we will ask for proof that you authorised them.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and notify active subscribers by email.
