These terms govern your use of the GPSRHub website (www.gpsrhub.com) and the Complete GPSR Compliance service. By using the site, reserving a founding member spot, or subscribing, you agree to them.
GPSRHub is a trading name of GEEL VENTURES LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17186037), registered office 21 Wellington Row, Whitehaven, CA28 7HE, United Kingdom. Supported categories are listed on our website. If your products fall outside them, contact us before subscribing: we will tell you honestly whether we can cover you.
Reserving a founding member spot requires a £50 deposit, processed by Stripe. The deposit is fully refundable at any time before your onboarding begins: email hello@gpsrhub.com and we will return it, no questions asked. When your subscription starts, the deposit is credited against your first year's fee. See the Refund Policy for details.
The service is billed as an annual subscription at the price shown when you sign up. Founding member pricing stays locked for as long as your subscription remains active. Subscriptions renew each year unless you cancel before the renewal date; you can cancel by emailing support@gpsrhub.com.
If we cannot get your products fully GPSR compliant, we will refund your subscription in full and cover your first month with another provider, as described in the Refund Policy.
Our documents and representation are based on the information you give us about your products (materials, intended users, product features). You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of that information. Documents generated from inaccurate or incomplete product information may not reflect your actual compliance position.
You also remain responsible for actually implementing compliance in your business: applying required labelling, keeping listings up to date, and not placing products on the EU market that you know to be unsafe.
GPSRHub provides compliance documentation and representation services. Nothing we provide is legal advice, and we are not a law firm. For legal questions about your specific situation, consult a qualified lawyer.
Documents we generate for you are yours to use for your products and business. The GPSRHub website, software, templates, and content remain our property; you may not resell, redistribute, or offer them as your own service.
You may not use GPSRHub to generate documentation for products you know to be unsafe or illegal, misrepresent your products to us, or attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the service.
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email before the changes take effect. The current version, with its date, is always at www.gpsrhub.com/terms.
